Envolve is currently seeking a Leasing Consultant to join the team at Commissioners Corner II, an apartment community located in El Paso, Texas. This role is integral to maintaining smooth operations and fostering resident loyalty through effective leasing and marketing initiatives. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day leasing activities, assisting in marketing projects, and ensuring prospective and current residents receive outstanding service. Job Duties
- Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of all current and future available apartments
- Maintain a current and up-to-date knowledge of surrounding market and complete reports as required
- Maintain and inspect leasing and model areas to uphold a professional, clean appearance at all times
- Accurately complete Weekly Traffic Reports and Weekly Activity Reports
- Process all rental applications and lease packages accurately
- Greet and assist all prospective residents
- Professionally demonstrate all models, amenities, and vacant apartments
- Assist in developing team spirit and loyalty among staff
- Facilitate renewal of expired leases at approved rental rates
- Receive and record resident requests accurately
- Complete all move-in paperwork requirements
- Assist residents in inspecting their new apartment homes
- Support Manager with resident renewal and retention programs
- Aid Assistant Manager in rent collection tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned within capability
