The Leasing Consultant role at Gateway Lofts Centerville is a full-time, non-exempt position that reports directly to the Property Manager. This position plays a critical part in the leasing efforts and daily interactions with residents, focusing on creating exceptional experiences for both prospective and current residents while achieving individual and team leasing goals. Leasing Consultants are responsible for engaging with potential residents by providing personalized tours, addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring a smooth leasing process.

This role requires a mix of exceptional customer service skills, sales acumen, and operational efficiency to maintain high occupancy rates and foster a positive community environment. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be expected to contribute to leasing targets, greet and develop rapport with prospects, guide them throughout the application process, and manage resident communications effectively.
