The Howell Port St Lucie community is currently seeking a Leasing Consultant to join its team. This role is integral in connecting prospective residents to the community by identifying their needs and facilitating the leasing process. Offering competitive hourly compensation of $18 to $19 alongside bonus opportunities defined by the property’s commission structure, this position promises rewarding financial benefits coupled with a supportive work environment. The Leasing Consultant will be charged with promoting the unique features of the community, effectively communicating the leasing process, and building lasting relationships with residents to foster retention and satisfaction. This role also demands excellent customer service skills, attention to detail for administrative duties, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within the resident community.
