Job Description

RAM Partners, LLC is a full-service real estate management company that expertly manages more than 80,000 apartments across the United States. Renowned for its specialization in multi-family community management, RAM Partners serves a diverse range of third-party property owners with a commitment to exceptional service and hands-on management. The company believes its strength lies in its people, emphasizing a service-oriented approach to property management where resident satisfaction and community engagement are top priorities. With a strong presence nationwide, RAM Partners is dedicated to fostering vibrant, secure, and welcoming residential communities for tenants and business partners alike.

At RAM Partners, the role of Leasing Consultant is a critical position focused on utilizing exceptional customer service skills to build meaningful connections with prospective residents. This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated by the challenge of understanding future residents' needs and desires, and efficiently converting those into signed lease agreements. The Leasing Consultant serves as the face of the community, responsible not only for generating interest and educating prospects about the property’s unique features but also for ensuring a smooth transition for new residents. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $18 to $19 per hour, inclusive of bonuses structured around the property's commission incentives.

RAM Partners understands that making a career move or embracing a new role has significant implications, which is why it offers a comprehensive benefits package to support work-life balance and personal growth. Benefits include 15 days of paid time off annually (prorated based on start date), nine paid holidays plus one additional floating holiday, medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401k retirement plan with employer matching contributions, company-paid life insurance, and comprehensive short-term and long-term disability coverage available after one year of service. The company fosters a dynamic and inclusive work environment where employees are encouraged to grow their skills while making a tangible difference in their communities.

The Leasing Consultant will generate interest by enthusiastically promoting the community’s unique elements that distinguish it from competitors. Effective communication skills are essential as the consultant guides prospective residents through every step of the leasing process, ensuring they feel informed and valued. Serving as a reliable resource for current residents, the consultant will resolve concerns promptly to maintain high levels of resident satisfaction and retention. Additionally, the role includes administrative duties requiring keen attention to detail and the organization of community activities to nurture resident engagement and foster a sense of belonging.

RAM Partners is also proud of its stance as an equal opportunity employer, celebrating diversity and committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants regardless of their background or personal characteristics. The company's inclusive approach ensures a supportive workplace where everyone has the chance to succeed and contribute meaningfully.
