Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience required
- Valid driver's license required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Generate interest by promoting community features and benefits
- Communicate effectively with potential residents throughout the leasing process
- Serve as a resource for residents by addressing and resolving issues
- Build and maintain lasting relationships to retain and attract residents
- Perform detailed office administrative tasks accurately
- Coordinate and organize engaging activities for residents
