The Leasing & Marketing Assistant role at Landmark Properties is an exciting opportunity for energetic and outgoing individuals passionate about community engagement and leasing. This role directly supports the Community Manager by assisting in planning and executing community and marketing events, promoting on-and off-campus activities, and offering exemplary service to prospective residents. The Leasing & Marketing Assistant serves as a leader to Community Ambassadors, ensuring that marketing goals and leasing targets are met effectively. This position demands a proactive approach to customer service, relationship building with vendors, and managing a vibrant calendar of resident and marketing events.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining the property's curb appeal and model tours, supporting social media marketing efforts, and ensuring all follow-up activities with prospective residents are completed timely. The role also involves administrative duties such as understanding lease documents and participating in move-in related activities. Financial aspects include assisting in maximizing occupancy and revenue, managing budgets within approved limits, and proper documentation for company purchases. The Leasing & Marketing Assistant plays a crucial role in fostering a positive and safe community environment, helping mediate resident conflicts, and monitoring compliance with community policies and lease agreements.

  • Able to participate in on-and off-campus activities
  • Outgoing personality with leadership abilities
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Monitor and maintain model and tour route on a daily basis
  • Assist with the maintenance of property curb appeal
  • Assist in tracking and reporting of leasing data, metrics and goals
  • Assist in developing and executing methods to retain residents and gain new ones
  • Create and maintain relationships with vendors
  • Organize and manage monthly resident events
  • Organize and manage monthly marketing events
  • Prepare for and execute housing fairs and other on campus events
  • Assist with social media campaigns to maintain a social media presence
  • Ensure follow up activities take place for all prospective residents
