Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- previous property management experience required
- proven track record in leasing or sales
- natural disposition for sales and understanding of sales techniques
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- strong organizational and time management skills

- Greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment home
- show off move-in-ready apartments with enthusiasm and charm
- build trust and rapport with current residents
