As a Leasing Consultant at Two Coast Living, you will be the cornerstone of our community, playing a pivotal role in transforming prospective residents into satisfied tenants. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- Previous property management experience
- Must work on the heaviest traffic days of the week including Fridays and Saturdays, Sundays as needed, and holidays during peak business hours
- Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 10 pounds
- Able to move about the property including sitting, standing, walking, and climbing stairs under various weather conditions
- Must approve schedules with supervisor
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous property management experience with a proven track record in leasing or sales
- Natural disposition for sales and understanding of sales techniques and processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Job Duties
- Greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment home
- Show off beautiful, move-in-ready apartments with enthusiasm and charm
- Build trust and rapport with current residents to create a welcoming community
- Work closely with your team to hit leasing goals while keeping customer service top-notch
- Help current residents renew their leases
- Maintain detailed records of leasing activities
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries and requests
