Job Description

Two Coast Living is a prominent property management company dedicated to providing exceptional residential living experiences across its diverse portfolio of apartment communities. Known for fostering vibrant and welcoming neighborhoods, Two Coast Living combines modern living amenities with a strong commitment to community building and exceptional customer service. Their mission is to transform apartments into homes where residents feel valued, safe, and connected. As a reputable company in the real estate industry, they focus on not only leasing but also maintaining excellent relationships with their residents to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention. Recognized for its dynamic and supportive work environment, Two Coast Living offers meaningful career opportunities for individuals passionate about hospitality, customer service, and property management.

The Leasing Consultant role at Two Coast Living is a vital position that places you at the heart of the community. This full-time role is designed for a people-centered professional who thrives on connecting with others and guiding potential residents through their journey from inquiry to move-in. You will serve as the friendly, knowledgeable resource who helps prospective tenants find their ideal home within the community. Your responsibilities include greeting visitors, conducting engaging apartment tours, answering questions, and facilitating a smooth leasing process. Beyond attracting new residents, you will also focus on maintaining positive relationships with current tenants, encouraging lease renewals, and contributing to the overall welcoming atmosphere of the community.

This position offers competitive pay combined with commissions, allowing you to earn between $50 and $150 per lease on top of your base salary. The company promotes work-life balance with flexible full-time scheduling concentrated on peak days such as Fridays, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays or holidays. Health benefits are comprehensive, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with auto-enrollment after 60 days. Vacation and sick leave accrue according to state regulations, ensuring employees have time to recharge. Holiday pay is available after eligibility criteria are met.

Successful Leasing Consultants at Two Coast Living are outgoing, positive, and skilled at building trusting relationships quickly. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software is necessary to manage leasing documentation and communications accurately. The role demands consistent attendance on busy leasing days with the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Physical activity includes walking, standing, and occasional lifting up to 10 pounds to navigate the property and assist with tours and other duties.

Joining Two Coast Living as a Leasing Consultant means becoming a part of a company that values integrity, excellence, and genuine care for both residents and employees. If you are a sales-savvy individual with a passion for customer service and a willingness to be the welcoming face of a community, this career opportunity offers a rewarding and engaging work environment to grow and make a real impact.
