- High school diploma or GED is required
- Previous property management experience required
- Nonexempt FLSA status
Job Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- Previous property management experience with proven track record in leasing or sales
- Natural disposition for sales and understanding of sales techniques and processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Job Duties
- Greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment home
- Show off beautiful, move-in-ready apartments with enthusiasm and charm
- Build trust and rapport with current residents to create a welcoming community
- Work closely with team to hit leasing goals while keeping customer service top-notch
- Help current residents renew their leases to encourage community retention
