We are currently seeking to hire a Porter - Housekeeper for Haven + Arrow, our property located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This role is vital in maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property while ensuring that residents receive the best possible service. The Porter - Housekeeper is responsible for a variety of cleaning and janitorial duties focused on both interior and exterior areas of the property. This position offers an on-site hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $22.00, though on-site housing is not offered.

In this role, you will take on the essential responsibility of maintaining the property's cleanliness, from common areas to individual apartment units. Your duties will include servicing trash removal areas and compactors, cleaning storage and recreational spaces such as the clubhouse, fitness center, and office, as well as tackling housekeeping duties to prepare apartments for occupancy. Maintaining the tools and equipment necessary for these tasks in good working order is also a critical part of the job.

Additionally, the Porter - Housekeeper will ensure safety protocols are followed when storing chemicals, cleaning products, and hazardous materials, contributing to a secure environment for residents and staff alike. This position requires participation in monthly safety meetings and accurate maintenance of work records, demonstrating the company's emphasis on accountability and safety. Flexibility is also a key requirement as work schedules may include weekends and overtime as needed. There may be a need to assist with snow removal during applicable weather conditions.

Employees in this role are also expected to have the ability to travel for offsite meetings, visits to other company-operated locations, and vendor purchases. Hence, having a valid driver’s license or the ability to secure alternative transportation is necessary. Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property
  • Ensure the property’s central trash removal areas and/or compactors are serviced, emptied and kept clean
  • Maintain tools and equipment and ensures they are in working order
  • Perform basic housekeeping duties to ensure apartments are ready for occupancy
  • Clean light fixtures, windows, various equipment, laundry rooms, etc. and cleans storage and common areas including, clubhouse, recreation room, office, fitness center, etc.
  • Attend monthly safety meetings and accurately completes work records
  • Responsible for safety storing chemicals, cleaning products and hazardous materials
  • Maintain work, supply carts and storage areas in a neat and organized manner
  • Assist with snow removal as needed
