Job Requirements

  • Five or more years of executive level sales experience or experience in a sales support role with executive level exposure to customers
  • Demonstrated ability in consultative and strategic selling techniques
  • Experience presenting multiple products and services to C-level executives
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Sales CRM
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • A clean and valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel, work required hours, complete employment application, and submit to background check and drug screening

Job Qualifications

  • Five or more years of executive level sales experience or experience in a sales support role with executive level exposure to customers, preferably in a service and transportation selling environment
  • Demonstrated ability in consultative and strategic selling techniques
  • Experience in articulating and presenting multiple products and services to C-level executives verbally and in writing
  • Ability to connect and build rapport with internal and external customers at all levels
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Sales CRM
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • A clean and valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Proactively identify, pursue, and maintain a constant pipeline of potential customers
  • Build relationships with leasing customers by acting as a transportation consultant, conducting periodic reviews and managing the voice of the customer process
  • Identify and propose products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms to customers utilizing Penske Truck Leasing services
  • Extend or renew existing contracts before or upon contract expiration, and identify opportunities for customer growth in new geographic locations, industries, or with additional products and services
  • Embrace a culture of integrity and professionalism utilizing a value-based selling methodology
  • Exceed monthly revenue quotas through ongoing customer development and prospecting
  • Address customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively
