TaskUs is the fastest-growing tech-enabled business services company in the world, providing customer support, AI operations, and content security services to some of the world’s most innovative companies. Recognized as one of Glassdoor's “100 Best Places to Work” and named among USA Today’s “Best Company Cultures” as well as one of the “Best Companies for Women” by Comparably, TaskUs exemplifies a Frontline-First philosophy that prioritizes its people at the core of every operation. With a dynamic work environment and a commitment to continual growth and excellence, TaskUs empowers its employees to thrive while delivering unparalleled service to clients globally.

The role of a Learning Experience Leader at TaskUs is pivotal to the development and execution of comprehensive training programs designed to elevate the skills and knowledge of employees across various levels. This position requires a proactive individual dedicated to creating and maintaining positive, professional learning environments that align tightly with product-specific training methodologies and organizational development strategies. The Learning Experience Leader serves as a standard-bearer for work ethic, integrity, and character and is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving curriculum, technical training, exams, and onboarding procedures. This role involves acting as the content expert, managing training documentation, and ensuring that all learning initiatives meet statutory requirements while embracing modern e-learning technologies.

The Learning Experience Leader supports the development of Roadside Assistance Specialists by facilitating programs that prepare trainees for real-world challenges in autonomous vehicle operations. The position involves auditing trainee progress, reviewing field adherence to company policies, and implementing program revisions to adapt to changing work environments. Keeping abreast of new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning is a critical part of this dynamic role. With an emphasis on motivation and effective training, the Learning Experience Leader is a key contributor to ensuring staff competency and engagement while fostering a culture dedicated to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Meanwhile, as a Roadside Assistance Specialist, individuals play a crucial operational role focused on vehicle safety and the seamless continuation of fleet transportation missions. The specialist acts as the “rescue expert,” responding skillfully to system errors and obstacles affecting autonomous vehicles, maintaining high safety standards inside and outside the vehicle, and showcasing excellent situational awareness and technical acumen. This highly autonomous position requires the ability to manage multiple software systems, effectively communicate with management and engineers, and provide top-tier customer service while assisting stranded motorists. The specialist is responsible for operating and recovering self-driving vehicles, enforcing compliance policies including zero tolerance for substance use, and engaging with the public to educate them on driverless technology. Operating under a flexible schedule with potential travel requirements, this role demands strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a dedication to safety and professionalism.

With compensation up to $28.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, life insurance, and professional development assistance, TaskUs offers a rewarding career path for motivated individuals eager to contribute to the future of autonomous vehicle technology and workplace learning.
