Pyramid Global Hospitality is a renowned hospitality company that prioritizes the well-being of its employees and fosters a culture where people come first. With a global presence spanning over 230 properties worldwide, Pyramid Global Hospitality is recognized for its commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment that encourages diversity, growth, development, and overall employee wellbeing. The company not only values its staff but actively invests in their professional and personal growth through ongoing training and development programs, comprehensive benefits, and unique perks such as on-site wellness programs, local discounts, and employee rates on hotel stays. At its core, Pyramid Global Hospitality is dedicated to building meaningful relationships, both internally among its employees and externally with guests, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across all their properties.
One of the flagship properties under Pyramid Global Hospitality is The Wigwam, a Four Diamond hotel deeply connected to Arizona's history since 1929. Located in Litchfield Park, AZ, The Wigwam spans 440 acres with 331 guest rooms and offers an authentic Arizona experience. The Wigwam emphasizes a diverse and inclusive work environment, welcoming individuals passionate about hospitality excellence to join their family and contribute to creating memorable guest experiences.
The company is currently inviting recent college graduates or graduating seniors with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management to launch their careers through the Pyramid Global Hospitality Leadership Development Program (LDP). This dynamic 12-month program offers a hands-on, immersive experience blending classroom education, on-the-job training, and mentorship. As a Leader in Training, participants will be placed in an Assistant Manager role from day one, providing real-world exposure primarily within the Food & Beverage department. The program is designed to enhance leadership, operational skills, and business acumen, while offering cross-functional exposure to departments such as Business Development, Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing, Rooms Division Leadership, and Human Resources.
Participants in the Leadership Development Program will engage in online coursework covering key leadership topics including time management, communication, motivation, conflict resolution, critical thinking, and performance coaching. The work environment is fast-paced and guest-facing, requiring flexibility with schedules that may include nights, weekends, holidays, and potential early morning or late-night shifts depending on the department. Responsibilities may involve physical activities like standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating various equipment.
Starting salaries for this program range from $50,000 to $60,000 annually, reflecting the company’s recognition of the value brought by newly trained leaders. Pyramid Global Hospitality prides itself on equal opportunity employment, celebrating diversity and fostering an inclusive atmosphere where all employees can thrive. The company’s comprehensive compensation packages consider individual skill sets, experience, certifications, and location-specific factors.
Joining Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Leadership Development Program provides a unique opportunity for ambitious and driven individuals to build a rewarding career in hotel management. It is a chance to develop professionally in a supportive and collaborative environment that values its people, embraces diversity, and is dedicated to excellence in the hospitality industry. If you are passionate about leadership and eager to make an impact in a historic and respected company, Pyramid Global Hospitality invites you to make a lasting career move and be part of something big in the future of hospitality.
