  • minimum two years of work experience required

  • basic math and computer skills

Job Duties

  • Ensure employees follow proper handwashing and glove usage
  • uphold infection prevention practices and correct hygiene risks
  • maintain clean and organized work areas free of hazards
  • monitor and record food and equipment temperatures and address issues
  • ensure proper labeling, dating, and rotation of food and supplies
  • ensure equipment is operated safely and issues are resolved
  • set up, maintain, and break down workstations according to requirements
  • ensure accurate completion of tasks and adherence to instructions
  • complete area checklists and hold employees accountable
  • operate and care for equipment per guidelines
  • support leadership and team flexibility to meet service goals
  • enforce uniform specifications and take corrective action
  • collaborate with team and leadership to meet department goals
  • communicate respectfully and clearly
  • respect cultural traditions
  • resolve employee concerns or escalate as needed
  • perform other assigned duties
  • comply with all Wellstar policies and code of conduct
