- knowledge of HACCP and safety protocols
Job Duties
- Ensure employees follow proper handwashing and glove usage
- uphold infection prevention practices and correct hygiene risks
- maintain clean and organized work areas free of hazards
- monitor and record food and equipment temperatures and address issues
- ensure proper labeling, dating, and rotation of food and supplies
- ensure equipment is operated safely and issues are resolved
- set up, maintain, and break down workstations according to requirements
- ensure accurate completion of tasks and adherence to instructions
- complete area checklists and hold employees accountable
- operate and care for equipment per guidelines
- support leadership and team flexibility to meet service goals
- enforce uniform specifications and take corrective action
- collaborate with team and leadership to meet department goals
- communicate respectfully and clearly
- respect cultural traditions
- resolve employee concerns or escalate as needed
- perform other assigned duties
- comply with all Wellstar policies and code of conduct
