The role of Lead Wedding Planner with Leigh and Co. is a contract-based position designed for highly motivated individuals who have a strong background in wedding or event planning. This role uniquely offers the flexibility to create your own schedule while being deeply involved in the planning and onsite execution of weddings. The Lead Wedding Planner will be a pivotal part of the wedding season team, responsible for leading ceremonies, managing vendor coordination, and overseeing guest relations to ensure a flawless experience from start to finish. This position requires candidates who are adept communicators, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining grace under pressure especially during weekend events when most weddings take place. The compensation for this contract role is $350 per project spanning approximately 10 to 12 hours, reflecting a commitment to quality and professionalism.
