- Familiarity with vendor management and event logistics
Job Duties
- Conduct final details call with clients approximately six weeks before the wedding
- Lead and facilitate the ceremony rehearsal the day prior to the wedding
- Act as the primary advocate for the couple onsite, maintaining calm and solutions-focused demeanor
- Oversee ceremony and reception setup according to event design and execution playbook
- Manage full wedding day execution from vendor arrival to final breakdown
- Greet, direct, and serve as main point of contact for vendors
- Coordinate placement of personal and event details including escort cards, menus, table numbers, favors, guest books, and décor
- Provide guidance, timing cues, and assistance to wedding party and family members
- Ensure all end-of-event items are properly packed and accounted for
- Proactively manage and resolve any issues or last-minute changes
