- Knowledge of wedding day execution and event design principles
Job Duties
- Conduct a final details call with clients approximately 6 weeks before the wedding to confirm logistics, timelines, and expectations
- Lead and facilitate the ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding, ensuring participants are confident in timing and key cues
- Act as the couple's primary advocate onsite, maintaining a calm and solution-focused demeanor throughout any challenges
- Oversee the setup of the ceremony and reception in alignment with event design and execution playbook
- Manage the entire wedding day execution from vendor arrival to event breakdown
- Greet, direct, and serve as the main point of contact for all vendors
- Coordinate placement of personal and event details including escort cards, menus, table numbers, favors, guest books, and decor elements
- Support the wedding party and family members with guidance, timing cues, and day-of needs
- Ensure all end-of-event items such as gifts, guest books, and personal decor are properly packed and accounted for
- Proactively manage and resolve any issues or last-minute changes to maintain a smooth guest experience
