Your duties will also include overseeing the setup of both ceremony and reception in accordance with event designs and execution playbooks, greeting and managing vendors, coordinating the placement of key personal and decorative elements, and maintaining smooth operations throughout the event. You will also ensure the safe packing of all end-of-event items and proactively manage any last-minute changes to create an exceptional experience for the couple and their guests. This role requires a detail-driven individual who can maintain grace under pressure and deliver top-tier customer service.
