Job Requirements
- Weekend availability is absolutely essential
- minimum of 2 years experience as a wedding planner or event planner

- experience managing multiple tasks and personnel during events

Job Duties
- Participating in final details call with clients approximately six weeks before the wedding
- leading the ceremony rehearsal day before the wedding
- acting as the primary advocate for the couple onsite
- overseeing setup for ceremony and reception ensuring alignment with event design
- managing the entire wedding day from vendor arrival to final breakdown
- greeting and directing all vendors as main point of contact
- coordinating placement of personal and event items such as escort cards, menus, table numbers, favors, guest books, and decor
- providing support to wedding party and family regarding guidance and timing cues
- ensuring all items including gifts and personal decor are packed and accounted for
- proactively managing and resolving any issues or last-minute changes during the event
