Job Duties
- conduct a final details call with clients roughly six weeks before the wedding to finalize logistics, timelines, and expectations
- lead the ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding, ensuring all participants are confident in timing and key cues
- act as the primary advocate for the couple on the wedding day, maintaining a calm, solutions-oriented approach and supporting them through any challenges
- oversee the setup of the ceremony and reception in line with the event design and day-of execution playbook
- manage the full execution of the wedding day, from vendor arrival to final breakdown
- welcome, direct, and serve as the main point of contact for all vendors
- clearly communicate setup instructions to vendors to ensure alignment with the event's vision
- coordinate the placement of personal and event details such as escort cards, menus, table numbers, favors, guest books, and decor elements
- assist the wedding party and family members with guidance, timing cues, and day-of needs
- ensure all items are packed and accounted for at the end of the event
- proactively manage any issues or last-minute changes to maintain a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests
