Job Duties
- Conduct final details call with clients about 6 weeks before the wedding
- Lead and facilitate the ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding
- Act as the primary advocate for the couple on their special day, remaining calm and solution-oriented
- Oversee ceremony and reception setup following the day-of execution playbook
- Manage wedding day activities from vendor arrival to final breakdown
- Serve as the main point of contact for all vendors, ensuring clear communication and adherence to setup instructions
- Coordinate and assist with placement of personal and event details including escort cards, menus, table numbers, and décor elements
- Provide guidance, timing cues, and support to the wedding party and family members throughout the day
- Ensure all end-of-event items are properly packed and accounted for
- Proactively manage and resolve any issues or last-minute changes
