- Experience managing weddings or events from planning through execution
Job Duties
- Conduct final details call with clients six weeks before the wedding to finalize logistics, timelines, and expectations
- Lead and facilitate the rehearsal ceremony to prepare participants
- Act as the primary onsite advocate for the couple ensuring a calm and solutions-oriented presence
- Oversee ceremony and reception setup according to event design and execution plan
- Manage the entire wedding day process from vendor arrival to final breakdown
- Welcome, direct, and serve as the main contact for all vendors
- Coordinate and assist with placement of personal and event details such as escort cards, menus, table numbers, favors, guest books, and decor
- Provide support to wedding party and family members by offering guidance and fulfilling day-of needs
- Ensure all end-of-event items are packed and accounted for
- Proactively address and resolve last-minute issues or changes to ensure a flawless guest experience
