Starting from the 2026 season and continuing thereafter, planners will become essential members of the team, working closely with Client Experience Managers and Assistant Coordinators to deliver impeccable onsite wedding services. The Lead Planner’s responsibilities involve detailed coordination, hands-on management during the wedding day, and acting as the primary liaison to ensure client satisfaction.
