- ability to lead and manage teams during event days
Job Duties
- plan and execute weddings ensuring a smooth experience for couples
- lead wedding rehearsals efficiently
- manage wedding day setups including décor and logistics
- coordinate and facilitate communication with vendors
- troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly during events
- ensure adherence to client specifications and timelines
