Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
- certification on pallet rider, counterbalance, and hi-reach equipment
- strong communication skills
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- knowledge of warehouse management systems
- ability to contribute to all inbound and outbound activities
- willingness to travel up to 10%
- commitment to safety standards
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse experience
- strong presentation, facilitation, and written/verbal communication skills
- exemplary performance and safety record
- certified on pallet rider, counterbalance, and hi-reach equipment (cherry picker preferred)
- proven record of working independently with little oversight
- high degree of initiative and urgency
- exceptional attention to detail and organization
- thorough understanding of inbound and outbound operational priorities, dependencies, and processes
- ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
- comfortable with Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office
- solutions orientated proactive problem solver
Job Duties
- Preparing staffing plans and executing adjustments as needed to ensure operational goals are met daily
- escalating to leadership when necessary to avoid disruptions
- planning, allocating, and coordinating all activities in the warehouse management system
- managing movement of resources to optimize dock flow
- monitoring order changes, revisions, and removals and planning and executing necessary order adjustments in systems
- coordinating with customer service and transportation teams to fulfill urgent delivery and will call requests
- aligning and executing release of work to picking queues for staging and loading in stop order
