Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
  • certification on pallet rider, counterbalance, and hi-reach equipment
  • strong communication skills
  • excellent organizational skills
  • ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • knowledge of warehouse management systems
  • ability to contribute to all inbound and outbound activities
  • willingness to travel up to 10%
  • commitment to safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of warehouse experience
  • strong presentation, facilitation, and written/verbal communication skills
  • exemplary performance and safety record
  • certified on pallet rider, counterbalance, and hi-reach equipment (cherry picker preferred)
  • proven record of working independently with little oversight
  • high degree of initiative and urgency
  • exceptional attention to detail and organization
  • thorough understanding of inbound and outbound operational priorities, dependencies, and processes
  • ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization
  • comfortable with Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office
  • solutions orientated proactive problem solver

Job Duties

  • Preparing staffing plans and executing adjustments as needed to ensure operational goals are met daily
  • escalating to leadership when necessary to avoid disruptions
  • planning, allocating, and coordinating all activities in the warehouse management system
  • managing movement of resources to optimize dock flow
  • monitoring order changes, revisions, and removals and planning and executing necessary order adjustments in systems
  • coordinating with customer service and transportation teams to fulfill urgent delivery and will call requests
  • aligning and executing release of work to picking queues for staging and loading in stop order
