The role of Lead Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative is a key position at Palo Duro Animal Hospital. This role serves as the welcoming face of the hospital, ensuring that every client and patient is greeted with warmth and professionalism. As the lead of the front desk operations, the successful candidate will oversee appointment flow, mentor the client service team, and act as a vital link between clients, medical staff, and hospital leadership. The Lead Receptionist is responsible for maintaining efficient administrative processes and promoting a positive, collaborative team culture. This full-time position offers a Monday-Friday or Monday-Thursday schedule with no weekend shifts, providing a great work-life balance. The compensation ranges from $16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
