Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of valet experience required
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Must be able to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Strong operational awareness and ability to manage high-volume service
- Professional, composed, and decisive under pressure
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead and direct valet team during each shift to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Set the tone for guest experience by modeling proper greeting, urgency, and professionalism
- Manage traffic flow, staging, and vehicle retrieval to minimize wait times
- Monitor team performance, including appearance, phone usage, and service standards
- Ensure proper key control, ticket handling, and vehicle tracking at all times
- Address guest concerns or service issues on the spot and escalate when necessary
- Train new valet drivers on procedures, safety, and hospitality expectations
- Communicate with restaurant management and United Valet Service leadership as needed
- Ensure the valet stand and surrounding areas are clean, organized, and presentable
