The role of Lead Valet Parking Supervisor is an essential part of OVG’s venue operations team, offering an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about customer service and operational excellence. This position entails the leadership and supervision of valet staff to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient valet parking operations at OVG’s premier venues. The Lead Valet Parking Supervisor works closely with the Valet Parking Manager to observe and implement day-to-day operational procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities for this role include overseeing the valet parking area, conducting multiple inspections of garages and parking lots throughout the day, and coordinating safe and efficient traffic flow during events. The Lead Valet Parking Supervisor serves as the primary field contact for the Valet Manager, providing valuable feedback and assisting in the continuous improvement of parking and transportation operations. The role also involves inventory management of traffic materials and supplies, ensuring operational readiness at all times.

This position is designed for a proactive individual capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, especially during high-profile events. The Lead Valet Parking Supervisor will assist the Manager in handling guest inquiries and resolving complaints with professionalism and care. In addition, the role requires the supervision of onsite valet supervisors, ensuring they adhere to operational checklists and safety regulations.

The job offers an hourly wage of $22.00 and is a full-time role that comes with a comprehensive benefits package. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Inspect garage and parking lots several times throughout day
  • Work closely with valet manager throughout events to ensure safe and efficient traffic patterns for all guests
  • Assist manager with day-to-day valet operations
  • Serve as the primary contact in the field to the Valet Manager
  • Ensure day-to-day checklists are followed and completed
  • Perform traffic material and supply inventory along with our parking operations
  • Perform inventory management
  • Assist the Manager by gathering information to respond to guest inquiries and investigate complaints or concerns
  • Assist with the continuous evaluation and adjustment of the pedestrian and vehicle wayfinding signage program
  • Oversee onsite valet supervisors
