Job Description

Towne Park is a leading hospitality services company dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for millions of patients, visitors, and guests across various locations. With a core mission to deliver smiles by providing compassionate and attentive service, Towne Park is committed to making a meaningful impact on everyone they serve. Their focus lies not only in service excellence but also in cultivating a workplace where employees feel valued and empowered to contribute positively to guests' experiences. Towne Park operates in diverse environments such as hospitals, hotels, and event venues, bringing a consistent standard of care and hospitality. The company emphasizes teamwork, professional growth, and a supportive culture, making it an inviting place for individuals seeking rewarding careers in service roles. Towne Park values integrity, respect, and dedication to service, which are reflected in its approach to employee development and customer interactions. Employees are encouraged to engage fully, bringing their skills and empathy to create memorable visits and foster loyalty among clients and guests.

The role of Guest Service Captain at Towne Park is a vital position within the hospitality services sector, primarily tasked with ensuring an exceptional guest experience on-site. Unlike a management role, the Guest Service Captain assists with service coordination, handles critical situations when the manager is unavailable, and helps maintain high service standards. This role is dynamic and requires the ability to juggle responsibilities such as greeting guests promptly, facilitating vehicle parking and retrieval, and providing concierge services including directions and reservations. The Guest Service Captain plays a leadership role within the team, promoting teamwork and delegating tasks while adhering to operational guidelines. The job demands a high level of professionalism, a pleasant demeanor, and the ability to handle guest issues calmly and effectively. Additionally, the Guest Service Captain oversees important administrative duties including revenue tracking, shift reporting, and staff coordination. As such, this position requires a blend of guest service skills, administrative competencies, and the capability to make prompt, informed decisions in urgent situations. Towne Park offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $16 to $17, a schedule that includes three shifts with weekend availability, and a variety of benefits including insurance options and a 401k plan for eligible employees. Those joining Towne Park in this role will enjoy a fulfilling career opportunity that blends customer interaction, team leadership, and operational responsibilities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
