As a leader in the hospitality industry, Towne Park specializes in managing parking operations and guest services across a variety of locations including hotels, hospitals, and other facilities. The company prides itself on its customer-centered approach, aiming to impact millions of patients, visitors, and guests positively by providing thoughtful, efficient, and friendly service. Towne Park emphasizes a culture where employees are empowered to make a difference every day, whether by easing the anxiety of patients and their families or helping visitors enjoy memorable experiences during their stay.

The role of the Guest Service Captain at Towne Park is a pivotal position that orchestrates the overall service experience for hotel guests. While not a formal managerial role, the Guest Service Captain acts as the frontline leader and problem-solver within the team, especially when the Account Manager is not on-site. The Guest Service Captain works closely with coworkers to ensure that all the site’s service standards are met or surpassed, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor with guests and team members alike. They greet guests promptly, guide and assist with vehicle parking and retrieval, deliver bell services, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.

This role also involves administrative responsibilities such as assisting the Account Manager with scheduling, revenue collection, and shift documentation. The Guest Service Captain ensures that security and confidentiality protocols, including HIPAA compliance, are rigorously followed, particularly when handling guests’ financial and identifying information. With an emphasis on teamwork and leadership by example, this position fosters a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality, aggressive hospitality. Employees in this role receive an hourly wage starting at $16.25 plus tips and must have open availability with weekends being a critical requirement.

Towne Park provides employees with access to benefits such as accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan, subject to eligibility based on job classification and length of employment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in hospitality and customer service to develop their careers within a supportive and impactful company environment. Towne Park values commitment, professionalism, and a genuine desire to serve guests and clients with excellence, making the Guest Service Captain a key contributor to the company’s mission and success.
