Job Description

Towne Park is a leading hospitality services company dedicated to making a positive impact through excellent guest experiences. With a commitment to delivering smiles and exceptional services, Towne Park serves millions of patients, visitors, and guests across various locations. This company prides itself on creating memorable and compassionate interactions that go beyond the typical service offering, contributing to the well-being and comfort of its clientele. Towne Park's team members take pride in their ability to brighten each person's day, whether by easing the anxiety of a hospital patient and their family or by crafting a welcoming welcome for travelers in a new city. This approach firmly establishes Towne Park as not just a workplace but a community that values making a meaningful difference through every interaction.

The Guest Service Captain plays a vital role within Towne Park, focusing on orchestrating the overall service experience for hotel guests and ensuring service standards are consistently met or exceeded. Reporting directly to the Account Manager, this role encompasses a mix of guest interaction, coordination, and administrative responsibilities. The Guest Service Captain supports the team by providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance when management is not present on-site. Although the position is not a formal management role, the Guest Service Captain may be required to make critical decisions to handle urgent issues effectively, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. When situations are less pressing, the Guest Service Captain communicates relevant information to the Account Manager and seeks direction on how to proceed.

With an hourly base pay range of $18 to $19 plus tips, this full-time role operates on a flexible schedule from Monday through Sunday, adapting to the demands of the hospitality environment. Employees are eligible to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services, and the company's 401k retirement savings plan. Eligibility is subject to job classification, length of employment, and hours worked. Towne Park emphasizes a customer-first philosophy called "Aggressive Hospitality," where every guest interaction is treated as a chance to provide comfort, care, and excellence.

Primary duties include welcoming guests promptly, managing vehicle parking and retrieval with care, assisting with bell services and guest inquiries, promoting teamwork among associates, handling critical and non-urgent operational matters, and maintaining confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. The Guest Service Captain is also responsible for key control, revenue reconciliation, shift reporting, and scheduling support. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to drive manual transmission vehicles safely, and adherence to all safety protocols including wheelchair safety training.

Working conditions involve outdoor exposure to varied weather conditions for extended periods and physical demands such as lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally. Towne Park is dedicated to providing reasonable accommodations to ensure that individuals with disabilities can perform their duties successfully.

Overall, Towne Park offers a dynamic and rewarding career path for those who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and are passionate about making a tangible difference through exceptional hospitality service.
