Job Duties
- Assist the manager in overseeing and coordinating all activities related to valet and parking
- Provide professional, courteous, and compassionate guest services for patients, visitors, and guests while meeting the standards outlined by Baptist Health Lexington
- Proactively approach, greet, and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide quick, responsive customer service daily
- Conduct briefings, training, guidance, and leadership to valet personnel
- Ensure smooth operation of valet services and timely parking and retrieval of vehicles
- Maintain safety standards and compliance with relevant policies
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues related to valet services
