The role of Lead Valet is a crucial position within our patient services team. This role involves overseeing a team of three valets in a fast-paced healthcare environment, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of valet services. The Lead Valet will enforce compliance with all company policies and procedures while maintaining the highest service standards. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a compassionate approach, and the ability to set a positive example for the team. You will work directly with guests and associates, maintaining effective communication and providing a memorable guest experience that reflects our commitment to excellence.
This position operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, offering a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $21.00, including tips. All employment is contingent upon successful background and motor vehicle report screenings. Job Requirements
- minimum two years of supervisor experience
- three years of continuous driver s license experience with no suspended or expired licenses within three years
- no more than two minor moving violations within the last three years
- no major moving violations within the last three years
- no alcohol or drug-related violations within the last three years
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- ability to stay calm in any environment and impress that upon the team
- positive and friendly attitude
- forty hour work week with ability for on-call as needed
- previous valet experience or similar industry preferred
