Job Requirements
- Prior valet or parking experience required
- previous supervisor or lead experience preferred
- must have a valid driver’s license
- must be able to drive manual and automatic transmissions
- applicants must possess a valid driver’s license at time of hire
- maintain acceptable Motor Vehicle Record in accordance with company standards
- employment contingent upon successful driving record review
- continued compliance with applicable state laws and company policies

Job Duties
- Lead and support valet attendants during daily operations
- deliver excellent customer service and address guest needs professionally
- communicate clearly with customers, team members, and management
- assist with coordinating vehicle flow and valet coverage
- ensure valet procedures and service standards are followed
- step in to assist with valet duties as needed during peak times
- maintain a dependable attendance record and punctuality
