We are currently seeking a Lead Valet to join our vibrant team. This role involves overseeing a two-person valet team within a medium-paced healthcare environment where professionalism, organization, and strong interpersonal skills are essential. The Lead Valet will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with all company policies and procedures, maintaining high service standards, and setting a positive tone for the team through leadership and compassion. This position runs from Monday through Friday during core hours from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, offering a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, which includes a base pay plus tips.

The Lead Valet acts as a key liaison between guests and associates, using excellent communication to facilitate smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience. This role demands a calm demeanor, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to lead by example, ensuring that the valet team operates efficiently and with a focus on delivering five-star customer service. Experience in valet or similar customer-focused roles is preferred, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced healthcare setting is a significant advantage.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience
  • 3 years of continuous driver’s license experience with no suspended or expired licenses in the last 3 years
  • No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years
  • No major moving violations within the last 3 years
  • No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle report screening
  • Ability to work a 40-hour work week with on-call availability
  • Previous valet experience or similar customer service industry preferred
