Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience
- 3 years of continuous driver’s license experience with no suspended or expired licenses in the last 3 years
- No more than 2 minor moving violations within the last 3 years
- No major moving violations within the last 3 years
- No alcohol or drug-related violations within the last 3 years
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle report screening
- Ability to work a 40-hour work week with on-call availability
- Previous valet experience or similar customer service industry preferred
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience
- Previous valet experience or similar industry preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to provide exceptional 5-star customer service
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Ability to stay calm and lead in any environment
Job Duties
- Oversee a two-person valet team in a medium-paced environment
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Enforce service standards to provide a memorable guest experience
- Maintain organization and leadership tone within the valet team
- Communicate effectively with guests and associates
- Remain calm under pressure and support team members
- Manage daily valet operations and reporting as needed
