Job Requirements

  • Must pass background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Ability to operate both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
  • One year of similar work experience
  • One year of customer service experience
  • One year of lead or supervisory experience

Job Duties

  • Follow assigned work schedules and route cards as directed
  • Provide leadership and direction to team members
  • Communicate effectively between field employees and management
  • Oversee and perform operations in assigned area
  • Manage keys and access cards securely
  • Report damaged or broken items promptly
  • Coordinate traffic flow and monitor illegal parking
  • Provide training for new hires as per onboarding procedures
  • Collect and secure guest keys
  • Assist guests with loading and unloading
  • Accurately reconcile and report daily revenue
  • Operate, park, and retrieve vehicles safely following regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area
