Job Duties

  • Follow assigned work schedules and route cards as directed
  • provide leadership and direction to team members
  • communicate effectively between field employees and management
  • assist with making daily and weekly work schedules
  • oversee and perform operations in assigned area
  • manage keys and access cards for the property
  • report damaged or broken features and items
  • oversee and complete additional service requests in assigned area
  • provide training for new hires according to onboarding procedures
  • complete and validate time records for regular or subcontractor employees
  • coordinate traffic flow
  • communicate valet procedures and directions clearly with guests
  • respond appropriately to basic customer and team member inquiries
  • monitor illegal parking and immediately store vehicles
  • interact with guests in a friendly manner
  • assist guests with loading and unloading
  • collect and secure guest keys
  • predict and communicate traffic flow peaks and lot issues
  • identify and arrange extra support for extended wait times
  • accurately tally and split the tip pool
  • receive and receipt various valet payments
  • reconcile and report daily revenue accurately
  • project currency and coin requirements and reorder as necessary
  • operate, park, and retrieve vehicles safely in compliance with traffic laws and facility policies
  • work outdoors in various climates for extended periods
  • maintain a clean work area
