The role being offered is that of a Tour Guide and Customer Service Representative within the Hain Celestial manufacturing facility. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about engaging with the public and showcasing the company’s brand and manufacturing process in a welcoming and informative manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and leading guided tours that explain the production methodologies and the brand values to visitors. Additionally, this role involves assisting customers with product samplings, preparing teas, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring adherence to all food safety and quality standards. The candidate will also manage operations related to the tea bar, restock supplies, and handle cash register and ticket counter functions.

This position requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining a positive attitude. The Tour Guide will need excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate with large groups and foster an engaging visitor experience. This role demands reliability, flexibility to work weekends and holidays, and physical stamina to stand throughout the day and lift or carry items up to 40 lbs. Compensation for this position starts at $18.00 per hour, with pay commensurate with experience and location.
