The role of a Lead Teacher at KinderCare Learning Companies is both rewarding and impactful. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational foundation for young learners. You will lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers within your classroom while modeling best practices and providing constructive feedback. Furthermore, you will contribute to the overall success of your center by working closely with center staff and leadership teams to meet goals related to enrollment, accreditation, and family engagement. Your role also includes cultivating positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners to enhance the learning environment and support KinderCare’s mission.

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $19.38 to $24.84, with an additional $3.00 per hour premium for classroom hours worked in Minnesota, funded through the Minnesota Great Start Grant Compensation Support Program.
