This venue is not just a place to visit but a destination that fosters creativity, innovation, and engagement through its interactive exhibits, diverse retail options, and spectacular events. It has quickly become a hallmark for those seeking a blend of entertainment, culture, and lifestyle in an immersive setting.

As a Lead Sushi Cook at AREA15, you will hold a pivotal role in enhancing the Kaia dining experience. In your capacity as Lead Sushi Cook, you will engage directly with guests, preparing and serving a variety of Asian-inspired dishes in an open kitchen format that encourages interaction and storytelling. This lively, guest-facing role requires a dedication to hospitality and the ability to create memorable dining moments by sharing the story behind each dish. Your leadership responsibilities will include onboarding and training new team members, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations as mandated by SNHD, and supporting the management team to optimize kitchen operations and guest satisfaction.

With a focus on maintaining impeccable quality and consistency, you will conduct thorough line checks, manage inventory, and monitor kitchen equipment usage to ensure smooth service flow even during peak hours. This is a role suited for those who enjoy mentoring others and leading by example, providing a positive and energetic working environment for the culinary team. Your expertise in sushi preparation, combined with your ability to foster a culture of hospitality and high performance, will be crucial to AREA15's goal of delivering an extraordinary dining experience that complements its broader entertainment offerings.

This is a tipped position that offers you the chance to grow within a creative and dynamic workplace, contributing to a venue known for its innovation and unmatched entertainment. If you are committed to culinary excellence and have a passion for leadership in a stimulating environment, AREA15 invites you to become part of their team, where your skills and enthusiasm can truly shine.
