The role on offer is that of a Site Manager responsible for overseeing construction projects primarily within the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD). This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 175,000 to USD 200,000 annually. The Site Manager will take charge of managing and supervising all field operations from groundbreaking to project closeout, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with strict safety and quality standards. They will coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth project workflows and adherence to LAUSD specifications. The position demands a proactive leader who can manage multiple priorities including scheduling, cost control, inspections, and reporting while fostering clear communication with clients and the project management team. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field

  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work on-site in Los Angeles, California
