The role of a traveling Superintendent at VCC is a critical position responsible for managing entire construction projects from mobilization through completion. This role requires someone who is highly skilled in coordinating and supervising the daily operations on job sites, ensuring all aspects of the project are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards. As a Superintendent, you will work closely with subcontractors, project engineers, and other supervisory personnel to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to contract specifications. Your key focus will be on field coordination, quality control, safety enforcement, and efficient resource management.

This role is safety sensitive and demands exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will be instrumental in maintaining project schedules by coordinating with subcontractors, managing material procurement alongside project engineers, and overseeing all inspections, permits, and building certificates.
