We are currently seeking a Lead Steward to join our dynamic team. The position is based in a beautiful location with an unobstructed view of the ocean, offering a unique work atmosphere that combines natural beauty with professional growth opportunities. As a Lead Steward, you will be primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware, ensuring that every item meets Hyatt's high standards. This fast-paced role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weights throughout your shift. You will play a critical part in upholding the hotel's commitment to providing authentic and memorable experiences for our guests.

Beyond standard steward duties, the Lead Steward acts as a team leader in the absence of the executive steward. You will be tasked with coordinating the steward team, overseeing workflow, and communicating effectively to ensure seamless operations in the kitchen and back-of-house areas. The role demands a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service.
