The company emphasizes a neat, professional appearance and adherence to all health and safety regulations, including possession of a Food Handler’s Card and, where applicable, gaming licenses issued by the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission.
Physically, the Lead Steward must be able to perform tasks that require lifting up to 40 pounds, navigating a fast-paced environment, and enduring long periods of standing and walking. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness in accordance with industry standards and guidelines is critical. The role offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a renowned hospitality environment that promotes career advancement and values its workforce.
