The Spa Concierge Lead plays a crucial role in the guest's journey by acting as the welcoming face of the spa. This position involves greeting guests in a warm and professional manner, managing guest and group accounts, and assisting clients by providing detailed orientations of the spa facilities. As a Spa Concierge Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling, confirmation, and checkout processes, ensuring every guest interaction is seamless and enjoyable. This requires adept use of spa reservation software to manage bookings for individual guests as well as large groups. You will maintain clear communication about scheduling changes and cancellations, working closely with spa service providers and management to resolve any issues promptly. Job Duties

  • Schedule services for individuals and large groups using spa reservations software system
  • Call guests to confirm scheduled services
  • Answer questions about available services
  • Update the reservations and cancellations list throughout the day
  • Inform providers of last-minute changes
  • Resolve scheduling issues by working with supervisor or manager
  • Check in guests for appointments and provide general spa orientation
  • Process guest payments for spa services
  • Promote and sell spa services
