We are currently seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in supporting the Executive Chef and maintaining the kitchen's high standards in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong culinary foundation, demonstrated through at least one year of experience working in a busy, full-service restaurant. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of culinary experience in a fast-paced full-service restaurant
  • strong understanding of cooking methods and kitchen operations

  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
