Job Requirements
- College degree preferably in hotel or restaurant management or equivalent experience
- minimum of 5 years experience in luxury hotels or upscale restaurants
- formal wine and spirits training certificate or diploma
- strong knowledge of wine and beverage service standards
- proficiency in English
- computer literacy
- ability to work full-time hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Curate and select wines that align with the property and outlet concepts
- lead, motivate, and train the team in wine knowledge and service standards
- serve wine with proper pouring, decanting, and presentation techniques
- ensure all wines and beverages are served at the correct temperatures
- maintain detailed knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- anticipate guest needs, respond to inquiries, and provide personalized service
- manage wine inventory, storage, and rotation
