Job Requirements

College degree preferably in hotel or restaurant management or equivalent experience
minimum of 5 years experience in luxury hotels or upscale restaurants
formal wine and spirits training certificate or diploma
strong knowledge of wine and beverage service standards
proficiency in English
computer literacy
ability to work full-time hours including weekends and holidays
