This role is an integral part of the Technology & Digital organization within Disney Experiences, where the team works cross-functionally to deliver high-impact solutions. The Lead Software Engineer position reports to the Senior Manager of Technology and is a pivotal role focused on driving the architecture and development of scalable, intelligent financial systems tailored for licensing operations. This position is key to advancing AI-driven applications that transform licensing workflows, optimize forecasting processes, and enhance compliance monitoring through machine learning. Additionally, the role involves significant collaboration with product managers, finance teams, and data scientists to design and execute platforms that integrate with both internal resources and external financial services.

The Lead Software Engineer will not only lead the technical execution of projects but also foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation. Responsibilities encompass the full software development lifecycle, including system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting solutions.
