We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Server to join our growing team. This is a Regular Part Time position requiring approximately 30 hours per week, with scheduled hours from Tuesday to Saturday, 2pm to 8pm. The role of Lead Server at Canterbury Woods involves not only serving meals but also leading and training new servers, ensuring that all dietary and service procedures are meticulously followed. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a fine dining atmosphere by providing exceptional customer service to residents and their guests. The position requires someone with strong interpersonal skills, capable of tactfully interacting with staff, residents, family members, and visitors. In addition to meal service, the Lead Server will keep the dining supervisor informed of any issues related to meal service or resident concerns, assist in meal serving promptly, and ensure a smooth dining operation.
