We are currently seeking a professional and compassionate Lead Server to join our dining team. This role is pivotal in providing a homelike and welcoming dining experience for our residents. The Lead Server will take an active role in overseeing dining room operations, training new staff, and ensuring adherence to food safety and customer service standards. The Lead Server will be responsible for setting up the dining area and stations, assisting with special functions, taking food orders from residents, and supporting all community dining activities. This role also involves training and orienting new servers in customer service, safe food handling, and adherence to corporate and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, ServSafe certification, and supervisory experience in a serving capacity. Preferred candidates will hold technical or vocational training in the culinary field and have experience working in senior living environments.
