The position of Lead Dining Server at Sunrise Senior Living is pivotal in creating an exceptional dining experience that reflects the core values of the company—service excellence, hospitality, and respect for seniors. As a Lead Dining Server, you will play a vital role in supporting daily dining operations by modeling exemplary dining room standards and service behaviors to both residents and team members. As a Lead Dining Server, you also take on leadership responsibilities by training new servers and helping maintain side work, opening and closing checklists, and overseeing the presentation and decorum within the dining room.
